Delete your Model Explorer account
Model Explorer needs no account; signing in is optional and only manages the links you share. This page deletes an account, wherever you live, without opening the app. In the app the same thing is in Settings → Account → Delete account.
What is deleted
- The account: your email address and the record of when you accepted the Privacy Policy.
- Every device signed in to it, which is signed out.
- Every share link the account manages: the shared files, any Nearby listing and its view count. Anyone who has one of those links can no longer open it.
What is not
- Models on your own devices. They never left them; remove them in Settings → Local models, or by clearing the app's data.
- Links made while signed out that were never added to the account. To remove one of those, send us the link through Support.
When
The account and its sign-ins go as soon as you confirm. If a link cannot be removed at that moment it is retried, and deletion is complete within 20 days. Backups that still hold the account are kept for at most 14 days. A copy someone's browser already holds may show for a short while.
