Before contacting support

• Confirm the headset is a Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S and Horizon OS is current.
• For local imports, keep a glTF file with its referenced BIN and texture files in the same selected folder.
• Enter mixed reality by selecting an imported model. Approve the permissions requested by Horizon OS.
• If local state is damaged, clear Model Explorer app data and import the model again.

Please include the app version, headset model, model format, and steps to reproduce. Do not email confidential model files or API keys.
