Crazy Frog, originally known as "The Annoying Thing," is a computer-animated character created in 2003 by Erik Wernquist. The character was popularized by the ringtone provider Jamba! He is depicted as a frog-like figure, often seen riding an invisible moped, and is most well-known for his manic laughter and irritating, high-pitched sound effects.
