Bowling pins are the target objects in the sport of bowling. Traditionally made of wood, today's standard pins are coated in plastic and weigh between 1.5 and 1.6 kg. When arranged in a triangular format, the bowler's goal is to knock down as many pins as possible with a bowling ball.
