Place the model where you want it and let go: the spot is saved for that model. Where the headset lets the browser keep a persistent anchor, as a Quest can, the headset itself remembers the spot, and next time the model goes back to it while the line under its name says Restoring placement. Its style, section plane, exploded view and scale are saved with it.
Up to six models keep an anchor at once. A seventh releases the anchor of the one placed longest ago, which still keeps its saved position. Without an anchor the position is kept relative to the floor origin the headset gives the session, which can move between sessions, so the model may come back a little off. Placement unavailable means the anchor could not be found.
No anchor was kept for it, so the position was measured from the session's floor origin, which moved. Place it again.
Six hold an anchor at once. Older ones fall back to their saved position.
The model's style, section plane, exploded view and scale. Reset clears them with the spot.
No. The anchor is kept by the headset and the position in the browser's own storage.
