Open Model Explorer in the glasses' browser, open a GLB, glTF folder, USDZ, OBJ, STL or FBX, and press View in your space. The model is placed in the room in front of you, at the size it was authored, and you can walk around it. It is a web page, so there is nothing to install.
It needs one thing from the glasses: a browser that supports WebXR immersive-AR sessions, which Chrome on Android XR does. If your glasses do not offer that session, the page says so and opens the model in a flat view instead of failing silently.
Most AR glasses use a see-through display that adds light to the room. Black and very dark colours cannot be drawn, so they show as transparent, and a bright room washes out what can. Dim the room or turn the model toward a plain wall for a clearer view. A headset with camera passthrough, such as Meta Quest, does not have this limit.
Glasses show a narrower field of view than a headset, so a car or a room-sized model does not fit inside it at real size. Step back, or scale the model down to look at the whole thing, then back up to check its size.
